The management fees quoted are general guidelines. The fee schedule that you negotiate will be based on your property’s unique profile.

Renters:

(These fees are paid by the renter when an application is accepted/approved)

  • $30.00 credit check fee for each adult (18 or older) to occupy the property ($45.00 for married couples).
  • $25.00 file setup fee (paid when application is approved).
  • Security deposit and first month’s rent paid in certified funds, i.e. cashier’s check, cash, or money order (paid when application is approved)
