If you are interested in applying to rent any of the properties currently available from Stewart Properties, click here to print out a rental application. All applications must be accompanied by a $25.00 file set up fee, and a $30.00 credit check fee ($45.00 for married couples).  Due to the current constraints of California State Law, we are unable to process this transaction online, so no applications will be accepted via e-mail. Please mail or hand-deliver your application and fees (cash, money order, or cashier's check ) to:
